The ugly camo jerseys reared their ugly heads again. I'm going with that as the reason we lost.

I am confident we get a win today.

I agree on both counts. And if we do, then that means we fell only one game short of what I thought we'd do this weekend. Never felt we would go there and sweep.

And, yes, those jerseys are hideous.

RPI ranking...33rd after last night's win over SLU. Nice little bump from 39.

Now we just need to take care of business in Bowling Green this weekend

Well the temps look decent in BG this weekend(50's and 60's). If they can dodge a few raindrops, maybe we can have some success?

Looks like we're around 28-29 across the board on updated rpi's. I honestly think we can go 5/5 this week.

Just playing FAU was a help to the RPI. You also add the fact that we took the series so that boosts our record vs RPI Top 50 and 100 and we're sitting much better than last week when we only had 1 game vs RPI top 50 (LSU). One of the big knocks on us was our record vs Top 50/100. We have plenty of opportunity the rest of the way to make that a non-issue with games vs SLU, Houston and USA all top 100 opponents.

Also, we want MT to keep losing since they are borderline top 50 RPI. If they climb 2 or 3 spots, our record vs Top 50 drops from 2-2 to 2-5 instantly

The remaining schedule should keep us steady as long as we take care of business. Of the 15 games left, I'd say 11 will help or not hurt our RPI. Only McNeese and ULM games will do some damage. Hopefully those teams pick up a few wins, especially ULM since we play them 6 times this year.

Our past opponents are coming around as well. Sacred Heart is over .500 now, Southern Miss is one of the hottest teams in the country, most of our midweek opponents are over .500 now. Central Michigan is struggling a little though.
