    I was so upset when that pitcher threw Mike inside and hit him in the head. I wanted to charge the mound. That pitcher knew he was just coming back from being hurt.

    Strentz has been hit at least 6 times so far this year.

    Mike HBP 7 times so far. Next closest is Compton with 5 then nobody with more than 2.

    Deggs should be named coach in waiting, with the stipulation that Tony retire after his son has expired his eligibility.
