C.F.L. Eugene Kwarteng signs with BC Lions

The BC Lions announced Wednesday that import linebacker Michael Brown and import defensive lineman Eugene Kwarteng have signed with the team. Kwarteng appeared in 45 games over four seasons at Louisiana-Lafayette (2002-05) including an outstanding senior season for the Ragin Cajuns in which he tied for the team lead with four sacks and led the squad with seven tackles for loss and added 43 defensive tackles. Congrats Eugene!! I met him at the Fan day two years ago and he seemed to be a very nice guy. If I remember correctly he was majoring in some part of the computer science field. Smart lineman will get to the quarterback.
