Wasn't real impressed with our overall effort. We struggle to match Friday night starters on the mound. And we struggle to hit Friday night arms. IF this team will be successful, Austin will need to sack up and be the Friday night arm for us. We are better than last year....but still have a long way to go. The conference compitition is gonna be equivalent to the what we will face this weekend, not what we have been facing. This team needs experience and they will be ok.

Southern miss is a solid program guys, their record may not have indicated it but they will more than Likely be a regional team. We can still get last night's game out of our heads and win the series. Let remember its hard to win on the road especially when you haven't done it together as a group which this teams first opportunity was last night! Lets see what happens today.

I don't think Traffica is the longterm Friday starter. I wish Griffit was healthy but I think Austin can handle it, he's a tough kid.
