Haha you know what's sad... I knew we got the #1 seed if we won... and I just out of habit said WKU. My mistake. Forgot about MTSU's season.

Shooting 80% from the line.......you win games with that shooting from the line.

Big win as it gets the monkey of not being able to get a conference tournament victory off our back. 1st time that has happened since 2006. Who knows, maybe this bodes well for the future. In addition to the four regular scorers, nice to see Soto and Wronkowski made shots. It was also nice to see Barnett play rebound well. Maybe our freshman are growing up. I don't know if they will contribute a lot next year but I do know the staff seems to develop players if they stay with the program. When next fall comes around, we will have 9 returning players. That definitely is a better situation that when we entered this year with three returning players. Regardless, all the guys will need to progress a lot this summer. We have won four of the last 7 and we will finish at least 0.500 in the last eight. A little more rebounding and maybe next year is the season we turn this thing around. I wonder when was the last time both the men and women won a tournament game. Maybe it was in 2006.

Now it's time to ruin MT's season. A win tomorrow knocks them out of the tourney, and probably any shot of an NCAA berth.
