Smith and Jose de Jesus Ortiz KISSIMMEE, Fla. – The Astros are heavily leaning toward leaving Kissimmee after their lease expires in 2016 and relocating their spring training operations to another Florida city and a new stadium. Owner Jim Crane was expected to meet Thursday with interested parties.
