Softball moving on after 2-3 weekend

Not even a subpar 2-3 showing in the Diamond 9 Citrus Classic this past weekend was enough to deflate UL softball coach Michael Lotief's sense of humor.

He opened Monday's weekly press luncheon with details about the medical status of his vocal chords. Lotief quickly transitioned into a personal jab that lightened the mood in the wake of the three-week controversy that ended last week when him returning to his position as head softball coach.
