CLEARWATER, Fla. — The Astros’ American League history officially begins Saturday, with a 1:05 p.m. ET spring-training matchup against the Philadelphia Phillies at Bright House Field. The contest marks Bo Porter’s debut as Astros manager. “I’m more excited for the players,” Porter said. “They’ve worked extremely hard this offseason. They’ve worked hard in spring training.
