Shawn Forrest is now in charge of recruiting. He brought in the talent at North Texas that Johnny Jones turned into a winner. He was the key person in bringing aboard early signee Kamani Jackson who is a HS inside defender/rebounder. They are targeting other inside folks for the spring signing period. I agree that it is important to bring in more talent as it was obvious last night that we did match up athletically overall with WKU. However, I will not assume that Forrest won't be successful in the effort. His track record indicates there is a good chance he will be.

    I hope...and think...he will be, too.

How about a starting lineup of EP, LaBumba, Long, and have the kid from Miss that left, and Colby---backing up now with Moore, AMT, Shepherd, and the big kid we wouldn't let in----a lot of Ws!!!

We got beat by a hot team last night.. they were shooting 60% from the field at halftime.. 6-10 from 3pt, 13-14 from ft and 18 rebounds... there was no way we were going to be in the game.

Big ups to the crowd though. nice to see some people come out.

Where were the students? Last home game... we could have filled one section with those that showed up...

    WEAK!

Having a packed student section wouldn't of changed the outcome

    Absolutely.. 100% correct.

Come to think of it.. the weather was pretty nasty last night. Hate to have those young kids out on the road.. and it started later than normal.. hate to have them up late. Being they are out of school, finals week, etc etc.. plenty of reasons not to support our student athletes.
