Thread: UTSA

    Default UTSA

I know it is early in the season and they have only played 2 teams, but they are outscoring there opponents 11.8 - 3.8. They swept air force at home and beat tamu-cc on the road.

    Pretty scary offense.

We're hitting the ball as well. This will be a good test.

I think the Cajuns are up to the task. Plus the Air Force team utsa swept last weekend was not very good (14-39 last season). In any event, it should be a good measuring stick for both squads.

UTSA is always pretty good. I've been looking forward to this series for awhile now. Should be a fun weekend. Hopefully the weather holds out!

They played Air Force which has one of the weakest programs every year. It snows there until April and thankfully, Air Force is much better at throwing lead than baseballs.

The Roadrunners are batting .429 as a team through 5 games, which is a bit over their heads. Their top five hitters are batting .650, .550, .542, .421 and .421. Those same players in 2012 batted .261, .211, .284, .260 and .282. They are a good team, just not that good. What goes up must come down starting tomorrow.
