I think we have a Black uni for the football team. What you all think?

I don't like the idea. Wasn't Jerry Glainville or at least the Houston Oilers that started this fade to black. Red is my favorite color but if they win it will look beautiful.

I don't know that i would like them as full time uni's, but i think for certain games they would be great. I think black on black looks great. Although, not sure how it would look with the red helmets, but LHS goes all black with green lids, and that looks pretty good.

The right black uniforms, with the red helmet, might be pretty cool (hot actually). If done right, it could be bad azz. I do get a little wound up seeing so many threads on helmet and uniform changes. I know that we ARE NOT more concerned with fashion than winning.

I look around at football programs with long running winning traditions, and some of their uniforms suck. Their fans wouldn't have it any other way.

I like it that #55 got on the board and gave his thumbs up. If we did go the route of a black uniform, I would put this condition on it for the players. If we make it to the New Orleans Bowl, we get black uniforms next year. AND, next year, we will wear them in the game following our 7th win. I like incentives.
