I really could care less what the reasoning is. Lotief quitting is the biggest bi+ch move I've ever seen. You wanna talk about Yvette stabbing us in the back? How about a coach leaving "HIS" team to fend for themselves the day before the season.
Get Stefni back, she seems to have a cooler head on her shoulders. I know she's going to stand by her husband with this issue, but she knows and recruited all these girls too, she should know what it means to them to have a coach.
Someone needs to take the high road in this situation. Lotief just lost every ounce of respect I had to give him.
So----What do you know?
And some of you thought Yvette tried to damage this program after she left. What was done today makes that trivial
Mike is a stand up guy. For him to leave at this time..._____ must have really hit the fan. Anyone think we will ever know the truth?
The extra money to pay an underachieving basketball coach had to come from somewhere!!!!! And if Yvette is named "interim" just proves Farmer doesn't have a clue. Why would UL ever give Yvette a chance after her remarks about "the red team" and how she left. She has no class either.
UL doesn't have as much egg on its face as Mike Lotief!!! Can anyone else name a single Coach in NCAA history that has resigned from a Head Coaching position less than 24 hours before his/her team started the season, other than for health reasons or because of some type of legal or moral scandle that was discovered? There may be a few, but I am 56 years old and can't think of any on my own.
Jay is a mouthpiece hack, and Mike Lotief is a _____ for quitting. I do not care what the situation is, you don't resign effective immediately the day before the season.
Call Allyson Habetz immediately!
I too have lost all respect for The Lotiefs. You just don't do this one day before the season. Wait until after the season and show these girls some respect.
