Graylin Warner, one of Louisiana's great basketball players who still ranks as UL's #6 all time scorer with 1762 for an average of 14.4

Almost 18 years after his last rebound, Graylin still ranks 16th, with 682 career rebounds.

His 153 steals place him at #5 all-time.

After a tryout with the Seattle supersonic’s, Graylin moved on to German Federation where his impact was immediate. He scored 49 points in just his third game, and finished his rookie season with a scoring average of 27 points and a rebounding average of 9.1

Two years later Graylin Warner was playing in France where he went on to have a 12-year career.

A French gentleman named, Damien, has set up a web site devoted to Grayland Warner's exploits on the French hardwood. His website starts with the words Bienvenue !!! please visit.

new UL football recruit Ken Haynes and Graylin Warner share the same hometown-Tylertown, MS.

Although he was born in Tylertown, Warner played his prep basketball in New Orleans. He was the MVP of the Louisiana HS All-Star game.

I forgot to mention I heard Graylin Warner interviewed on Lafayette radio today. It brought back many memories. GW is my alltime favorite USL basketball player.
