Emeka had a great game today in the Texas v/s Nation game. Looked like my un-official count three to four tackles, a sack and several pressures. Was double-teamed a number of times. Had an awesome stop keeping the RB from crossing the goal line.

I hope the scouts like what they saw and maybe he could be a late rounder. First, I hope he gets invited to the combine.

I saw Emeka make that sack. Great effort. On the play before the right tackle had knocked him to the ground. On the sack, Emeka made a couple of moves and went right around the tackle. Good job Emeka!

Would that he became a star with the Saints. Talk about recruiting magnet in Louisiana and NO especially. Saints switching to a 3-4 will need a guy like Emeka.

Emeka did not play well when we ran the 3-4,
he is best suited for a 4-3 DE,

although we never used him as a rush backer in 3-4, he played DE which he definitely did not fit

If used as rush backer that would probably fit his style much better. Not big enough for 3-4 DE.

Did he play LB in the game? I think that's where he's projected. And He probably moved up from a late round pick to a mid round pick. I doubt he goes in the first or second. But you never know.

He played DE. I agree with Jeb, thinking a 5th-7th rd if he's picked. Dont think anyone's predicting a 1st/2nd

If he gets drafted that will be huge for the program, but may not be the best for him. I know it is a great honor getting drafted, but as an UFA you can choose the best situation for you based on team needs.

I hope he goes in the 4th or 5th round, but I just don't see that happening.
