Moved here a couple years ago, and got to know some people within the program. My connection to UL is just as a local follower. And I can't reveal the source as this isn't yet been announced publicly

That would be awesome, and the facility should be renamed the Perrot-Blackham Center.

The more posts i read about using blackham as the new women's facility, the more i like it. I have a hard time believing that it would cost all that much money to convert that place into a really cool place to watch a game. I think that a real concession booth could be made, instead of bringing in carts or whatever they do now. The restrooms were semi-upgraded just a short while ago. some upgrades to the seating would be nice for comfort, and also to make the place a little more intimate. not to mention the potential for that building/land where eklong is now.

i would also like to see it named for kim perrot. who is blackham anyway? maybe we can find something else to name after her/him. rename the place "Perrot Fieldhouse". that would be awesome.

I'd much rather Kim Perrot Court at Blackham Coliseum. We wouldn't have to change signs, and a court logo would be easier, and given our budget, cheaper to pull off.

Well I am proud of the coaches I must say, but the way they left was just wrong, mostly by not keeping the former players updated with what was going on not even a meeting to say BYE for christ sakes. The players not knowing anything about the situation, only what other people could tell them outside of athletics at UL. I just recently read an article about loyalty and betrayal and yes I do understand there are choices to be made for the better of a coaches personal life and interest. Although I think if you say something, mean it and if you dont know then dont say it, even if something comes up that apparently you did not think would happen, I still think the people, the fans, your PLAYERS should here first hand of what is going on from him or a reliable source. Instead I think all the people that supported the Halls and praised him and put the blood sweat and tears into his system was betrayed due to the fact of lack of commnication. The people have a right to know because not only the coaches made a difference in this program it was the fans, and most of all the PLAYERS and they deserved better. The players were promised alot of stuff after this wonderful season and it was just a let down but I guess this is the way it goes.
