I'm glad the link to TigerDroppings was provided in this thread. All we need to do is sit back, let Boutte & Lawson read that thread on TD and laugh as they insult them right into our arms. P.... whipped? Stupid? Thank you, kitty cats.

The best is the ones that think it would cost him millions and the nfl if he comes here. If you are good enough, they will find you, no matter where you play. This isn't 1985, everyone is on TV, everyone has film on you. wonder if jahri Evans, the highest paid guard in the league regrets going to bloomsberg or jermon bushrod regrets going to townson or Colston to Hofstra, Moore to Toledo.

What costs you is going somewhere that doesn't play you. You cannot, in this day and age, be great, and be overlooked at a "mid major". You can, quite easily, go to a BCS school, not get your shot, and be overlooked.

Yep, Ask Chris Davenport. 5 star kid from Mansfield. Never saw the field. Here are a few others.

    J. Eugene
    Terrance Magee
    Kenny Hillard
    Kadron Boone

These guys may get 10 snaps per season. Sorry no stats, no NFL scouts.

He would make it to the NFL in three years here. He's looking at 4 - 5 at LSU. Longer NFL career = more money.

So, they keep talking about coaching. I think our coaches know something about coaching O-linemen seeing as how UL arguably has a better offense than LSU. They seem to not remember that we have had multiple games on tv these last two years, so any exposure that a player might need is there.

FWIW, the Daily Iberian reported in today's edition, "Boutte set to visit Ragin' Cajuns."
"Boutte is scheduled to take a visit with the University of Louisiana at Lafayette this weekend, ...according to multiple reports from media and Internet sources."

Yep, sure hurt Jerry Rice. Just like others have said, if you are good, they will find you. And it is much easier to be found if you are on the field.

And with the amount of TV exposure we get now, it's easier than it has ever been.

I have a Question Re: Boutte set to visit Cajuns

When is the next time we play at Tiger Stadium?....Man, I think we can knock off those guys!
