Hehehe... Boomer and the Star Gazers... sounds like a band from the sixties.

In reality, we're all going to be a little stoked about the star count tomorrow. But, the real story behind the stars is the programs we're competing with for these recruits. We are building something quite special. We have to realize, even the two star guys we recruit under Hud, are studs.

Our stock is rising so fast it's mind-boggling. I'm not sure people realize just how great the elevation of UL football has on our entire university. We are in massively exciting times.

Damn... did we ever make one fantastic decision a couple of years ago.

Nebraska, FlaState, West Virginia, MissState, Ole Miss, Colorado, Stanford, Kentucky, Auburn, Houston, Utah, South Fla, Rutgers, Syracuse, Georgia Tech, SoMiss, Clemson, Georgia, Kansas, LaState, Purdue, Miami, Navy, Air Force, New Mexico and ALABAMA...you realize where this program is right now. We're not beating out Nichols or McNeese for talent. We're up against the big boys...and we're winning our share of the battles.

Yes it seems our galaxy is just filling up with a celestial delight for the Boomer---Also worthy of mention is that some of our 2 star guys are borderline of being tagged with a third and very possible that a 3 star are 2 are worthy os having the 4 star designation----Like some of our watered down thinking teachers today, some of these recruiting gurus are more liberal in their handing out the little twinkies, but in all of the ones we are pretty damn good---HOLD THAT LINE and see you shinning Wednesday!!!!

Haha.... So honored to walk after the foot steps of the great Boomer. We will be looking through our telescopes tomorrow in amazement at how many new stars we shall have. I hope we get our share of the Sun, Jupiter, and Mars. I am sure 1 or 2 will fall from on high and make us a superman or 2!! Hehe... How was that for "The Bommer Jr."....

I like to see who our recruits are being recruited by as well. It was not very long ago we were recruiting against McNeese, SE, NW, etc.

I do like our new situation. I will do everything I can to keep us moving forward. I can only hope our admin and fans do the same.
