Can you say blow out?
Loved the end of the game when Long was dunking over a humbled Mitchell.
Big difference maker Mbamalu in the game created defensive needs for the Mean Green that allowed the Cajuns to exploit. In the second half he scored twice in about eight seconds one on a normal offensive play, and the second on a steal and race to the basket.
This group of athletes...with a couple of more pieces next year...could make for a pretty dangerous group of Ragin Cajuns! We still don't realize how good Elfrid and Shawn could be before they leave here. Looking forward to next year.
Great win! Nice to see 100+ points.
Wow! Impressive!
Now, that was a FUN game to watch!
Congratulations Cajuns!
They are in 3rd place in their division.
Good luck against Troy.
When they beat ULM next Sunday at the Cajundome maybe they will be in second place.
They are coming together! If they can finish strong, they can make a run in the SBC tournament.
AMT and LA Bumba light it up---but both are seniors---So maybe Richmond can give us our starting Line up next year---EP Long Wronk Moore with maybe Shep SOTO
and hopefully some big guy!!!
Mbamalu is a jr Boom
Got to have a true post player to plug in so Shawn can play the 4 spot...his true position. THEN we will be dangerous.
I think we will leave Shawn at the 5. I don't see much purpose in moving a guy from a position where he will likely be freshman of the year and average a double double.
