He was the QB from St. Paul's for the Acadiana High fans. I know the kid and the family well. If he doesn't get a BCS bid he would do UL well. He is a smart kid from a great family. He is also an excellent QB.

The Cajuns have 4 quarterbacks on scholarship, they won't sign any unless we lose one for any reason.Originally Posted by RCAJUN90
I'm sorry to hear that. That is enough qbs. He is going to light up the scoreboard where he goes. He took St. Paul's to the quarter finals which is closer than the school has ever got in its 80 plus years. He is a great run and gunner but perhaps Bustle has a better one to be loaded?Originally Posted by CajunGuru
We have McGuire and Masson from Florida coming in the fall. So we will get a look at those kids in uniforms. McGuire was at the football banquet, but I did not have a chance to speak to him.Originally Posted by RCAJUN90
That would have made an interesting interview in the Cajun Redzone,Originally Posted by CajunGuru

90's observation on this young man is that he is an outstanding talent and person. Clearly how outstanding will clear itself up this coming season by what he does on the field and who are the people who are pursuing him. I wonder if there is ever too few scholarships for someone who truly sets himself apart from the field and wants to come to your place. I think not. I can see us not looking for a quarterback, but if a truly gifted one expressed interest it would be shortsighted to ignore that player.
