It simply means UL will not honor his scholarship offer if he faxed his letter-of -intent in Wednesday. So you can say we released him from or pulled his scholarship offer, in any case both are free to pursue other avenues. UL already has with another commitment.

If I'm not mistaken, Woods was one of a handful of 3 star commitments. Who did they replace him with? Hopefully another 3 star..??
