The 5-11, 185-pound Woods helped West Monroe claim the 5A state championship last season defeating Carencro in the title game. He likes being on a big and important stage."

Baker committed to Southern today. Dont think he's a huge priority. That's just my gut, not insider info or anything :P

Woods is big. If anyone didnt know, he visited and got an offer from Stanford the weekend before coming here and committing

Stanford was extremely upset that he came here. They thought that he was a shoe in over there....I don't even think that they had a Plan B.

I concur with you J1M. I keep trying to think of any recent DB with his talent level and I can't think of one. Very eager to see honey badger, ummmm...Xavier suit up on Saturdays!

I've seen guys that were here a year or two with those abilities. He is going to push our secondary envelope up a notch from the day he gets on the campus. I like DBs with attitude if they can match it with ability.
