Well yes, but we have only won 1 game on the road, so not a good comparison.

Good catch! Just wanted to show how stats can be misleading. Sometimes you have to read beyond the stats.
It's still amazes me how we shut down Tony Mitchell in that game (and every game, for that matter).

Here are some numbers
Shawn Long 36th in NCAA & 2nd in the Sun Belt rebounds
Elfrid Payton 34th in NCAA & 1st in the Sun Belt in steals
Shawn Long 8th in NCAA & 2nd in the Sun Belt double doubles

I believe we have a few more stats that are in the top 50 of the NCAA, but I have not have time to look them up. I usually post stats on my twitter account @CajunFan11 for basketball, softball and baseball.

Going into tonight, Elfrid Payton led the SBC in steals and assists. He was also the nation's only player this season to average at least 14 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 steals.

Shawn Long was second in the SBC in doubles-doubles, 3rd in scoring & rebounding & 4th in blocks. He led all freshmen in double-doubles & was tied for 8th among all players.
