Stewart was too fat anyway. I hate obese coaches. Take care of yourself.
My personal choice would be Matt Wallerstedt. He has worked with Coach Hud before and currently the LB's coach at Texas A&M.

Because I don't believe that it's a personal decision. It's a business decision...and he is in the business of making money for himself and the more he makes the more UL makes. Therefore it brings in "other people".
Who fired Baldwin, Bustle and others that did not do a good job? No not Dr. A..other people. Think of it this way other people = the athletic department.
You are making a mountain out of a mole hill....
i think you are, DR. A was gone when Bustle was fired. I didnt hear a whole lot of people calling for stewarts job either. It was Hud's personal decision to either keep or let stewart go, nobody elses. I promise you nobody in this current administration has or ever will have the testicular fortitude to tell Hud to do with his coaching staff. You know what you originally were implying but its ok to crawfish out of your statement. also, people who are in the business of making money for themselves...thats personal chief
Nor should they TELL him what to do with his staff....but if he was a bad coach who fires him? Everyone, the AD, UL board, the Pres, no one...or does he give the high flying one finger solute and kick the pepper on the way out the door.
Does it really freaking matter!!?? Not really. It was a hard but good decision that in the grand scheme of things has to be supported by the university. Support equates to commitment to me. The level of support also equates to the level of commitment. Just that friend that watches most games at home or tailgates and doesn't go to the game or is not a RCAF member. The guy watching at home with UL gear on supports and is really not all that committed....but the person that has season tickets, RCAF member, has a tailgating spot and volunteers when he can also is supporting the program and is committed on a greater level.
Right now most people think that the admin is watching at home. I think they come tailgating sometimes. Neither to me is acceptable....I just choose not to come on here and flame them. Not saying that everyone does not have the right to do so (I went to war to protects everyone's rig to free speech) I just choose not to.
