    This is before Tigue Moore Park was built and I still remember Charlie Bordes even though he was younger than me. He would have made the big leagues but the Rangers farm system was consolidated.

    What about Luis Gonzalez (South Alabama)?? Former all-star with the Diamondbacks.

    I'm sure he came to the Tigue before I ever knew this great university existed!


    Brad Eldred (FIU) ....if I remember correctly he hit some mammoth homeruns....played for the Pirates sparringly a couple years ago.
