I love this nickname. Love, love, love it! What is meaner than a down-home southern boy all hopped up on hurricanes looking for a good plate of gumbo? Not much, and I am speaking from experience.

I have spent my fair share of time in the "Big Easy" of New Orleans and in Louisiana in general and can verify the truth of Ragin' Cajuns in the southern part of the state.

Well lets see----If you had enough of the trinity, a hell of a lot of roux, and a ton of andoulle, hen, and oysters, plus a bunch of fille and a filled up with rice platter---possibly in a plate---but wait that would be a stew, etoufee, or fricasse!!! lol
