    Shut it already. You've not much idea how basketball works. Basketball games always have an ebb and flow. The tide tends to favor the home team

    I hope you're right. Different people have different ideas on what constitutes "success". My hope is that Marlin's success is "unprecedented". For now, I am being patient. If two years from now, I'm still waiting for "success" it may be time to start looking at other options.

    I should be more specific - raises. And I should correct myself, I worked for the government and lots of people got raises for sub par performance. Ah well.
