bad bad team unfortunately.... Showed signs of improvement for a while, but then lost all that the last few games. Still don't understand why Lee gets a free pass when he is coaching one of the most consistent winning programs in the country to two straight losing seasons. So many excuses, but a good coach would have kept this from happening, even in a rebuilding season. Seems like next year's expected improvement can only be about .500 record, which is also unnacceptable for this program and in this conference. The worse thing about this rebuilding year is the inconsistency and that should fall on the coach more so than the players.

42-48 is his record after 3 years. Hell they might give him an extesnion after this year.


And thats his record in one of the worst conferences...

I bet you were cheering when he took SOMEONE ELSE'S team to Nashville and almost beat Pitino and Louisville (I was there, were you?).

This happens. We get a streaking Milsap for 3 more years. Three really good freshman will be eligible next year as well as Barksdale back bringing the ball up the court.

We'll be fine. It's really easy to cheer when we win and really easy to criticize when we lose. Keep that in mind.

They came out of high school needing grades. They didnt flunk out once they were on the team..ala Evans.

Robert Lee owes a big apology,and I don't want to hear the team made improvements.This is the sunbelt we have been competitive year end year out until this year no reason to finish as one of the worst teams in this sorry conference.What a waste of money to bid to host the tourney.Lee is responsible for this showing.Attendence has gone down each year over the last three seasons it is clear that Lafayette does not believe in Lee as a Coach,Teacher,Man,and Person.

he still owes an apology from saying that last years team would go to the Sweet 16. He still hasnt gotten his foot out his mouth from that remark. He had a good 1st year and i guess he thought he could conquer the world with his coaching.

I bet BOP is ____ed. Cant even do a mens basketball game in his own backyard. Whats the use of holding the tourney if you cant play in it? Attendance should be at a all time high for this tourney.

My point being, they will have 4 years of eligibility.

Their ineligibility is almost a blessing. There certainly wouldn't have been enough minutes for them to go around this year. At least it didn't cost them a year of eligibility and they have four fresh ones coming up.
