I'm not sure if he recruited him or not but he was definitely on the staff from 2008-2011.

Broadway's primary recruiter at Houston was Jason Phillips, now SMU's offensive coordinator.

Kingsbury (who was on the Saints' practice squad in 2004 after getting a Super Bowl ring the previous season while on injured reserve with the Patriots) was Houston's co-OC in 2010 when Broadway signed with the Cougars.
