Ok...so how did some of you get 300 level tickets....are you guys RCAF and had a big group and gave up priority seats? Just wondering?

I am an RCAF member and have 5 season tickets. I filled out the bowl ticket request form, requested only two tickets and ended up in the 300 level. Most people in my tailgating group are in the 100 level.

I have no clue how they assign tickets, but would like to see some kind of point ranking system based on donations so in the future you at least know where you stand on the priority list.

Dude, are you reading any of the posts responding to your complaint? Your seats are great. The Plaza level is overrated. Seriously, you are in one of the best sections in the entire dome.

I'll be in row 25. Just like in real life...being in Lafayette and Acadia Parish able to throw crap down at Vermilion Parish folks below us!

We requested seats in the 200-300 section.

200-300 level is nice, but I am so glad RCAF also gave us all of those free sideline passes. Its the least RCAF could do since they did not allow to get 300 tickets on the 50yd line like last year.

Why don't you go back to page 3 and read how I thanked everyone for reassuring me that my seats will be fine. I tailgate with a group of people and we are all RCAF donors at the same level and our tickets are no where close to each other. I was simply wondering how they assign tickets.

Dude, did you see someone post and ask how some of us got 300 level tickets? I was simply responding to him how I got my 300 level tix. Are we allowed to respond to questions on this forum?

Winstead is coming up with a points system. It will cover donations to ALL sports, which I think is fair. Just wondering about the tickets. I am also a RCAF member and ingot my 8 seats in 113. While I am happy that we are going, I usually sit in DD because I rather having the ability to see the whole field. If anyone wants to trade let me know.

I feel a point system is by far the best way to go. I personally think that a point system will generate more donations because when people see where they rank on the list, they will want to move up which will generate more donations. A point system also creates a more transparent system that allows donors to see things are being handled fairly.
