A coach that built a program and had one bad year got axed. I'm sure most coaches without Florida ties would avoid a job on that precedent.

This is incredibly idiotic by FIU, but screw them. They're in for a rude awakening in CUSA. Just moving up to another conference, won't make more than 10,000 people show up.

True. I was just considering their conference situation vs ours, their apparently lower admission standards, new stadium and bigger budget u to student fees. Not saying he would look at it as a longterm solution but as a better short term gig.
