Well it's gotta be better than the givers, or givers, or whatever the hell it was.
I'm gonna be there Friday, Saturday, Sunday and will enjoy the hell out of all of it!

Not everybody going to the bowl game is 60 years old, not that there is anything wrong with that but I doubt many of today's students even know who the beach boys are. Just saying probably could have found a band with a broader age spectrum, it's new Orleans, isn't hard to find bands
Say it would have been Bad Company and Better Than Ezra I think that would have had the best of both worlds... Nevertheless I'll have a good time either way.
Can you say Neville Brothers or Wild Magnolias ?
This is a free concert, attend it or not, but why complain out something that you are not compelled to participate in nor are you paying for.
It seems the "crazycajun" takes the selction of artist for this concert as serious as the fact that we have been marooned in a glorified D1AA conference.
Guys, this just ain't that big of a deal... get over it!
Stop assuming anything, you make an a s s out of yourself, it was just a comment, all I said the beach boys seems like a reach, like the Nola bowl really wanted to have big names and they came up with.... The beach boys. This is a board for discussion isn't it? Just saying, who is more likely to get excited about the concert? 20-30 year olds or 65 year olds? Older people will be there regardless, new Orleans is a Mecca of musicians, just think they could have done better than the beach boys.
