Who would you rather see the Cajuns play in the New Orleans Bowl?

These are the choices I have on the poll on my website www.thedailysportsbuzz.com

UCF (C-USA)
East Carolina (C-USA)
Tulsa (C-USA)
SMU (C-USA)
Rice (C-USA)
San Jose St. (WAC)
Louisiana Tech (WAC)

I have these choices because the New Orleans Bowl technically has the 6th C-USA tie in, and they only have 5 bowl teams,
and the WAC only has 1 bowl tie in and 3 bowl teams.

what do you guys think?

I hate la tech like the next guy....but I saw them last night and they would tear our secondary apart.....see Ark St game tape......jmo

Rice. Beating a WAC school does nothing for us, and I see no reason to want to play a top tier CUSA school. I want a win; the only thing that anyone will remember is that we won or lost. Unless it is a top tier team from a power conference, I want the little sisters of the poor to play us.

Man... i mean LA Tech would be flinging it ..... but what a win again them would feel like.... think we have a home and home with them coming soon.

Tech would score bunches; but we would also score at will against their defense. It is horrendous.

I hate to say it but, i don't want to play a pass happy team like La Tech. I would much rather play a run oriented offense like Rice, then the question becomes who brings the most people. I hear ECU travels well and Tulsa isn't that far.

I booked my room at the W today and will be in attendance decked out in red no matter who we play.

Tech doesn't want to play us in a bowl game and honestly we don't want to play them in the New Orleans Bowl. The New Orleans Bowl is all about us recruiting the greater New Orleans area - we don't want to help Tech with that. I would like to play Rice, because they will bring more fans than SDSU or SMU because June Jones will make it fun!
