Speaking of mullets, one of the Nicholls pitchers had one last night. When I screamed "nice mullet" at him while he was running from the bullpen to the dugout towards the end of the game, the other guy running with him almost fell from laughing so hard.

What poll is this might I ask?Originally Posted by NewsCopy

I'm not sure where this poll is from, nor am i sure where a lot of you get your poll info and rankings and stats and stuff like that. but there is a website (www.warrennolan.com) that usually has all that stuff and is updated rather regularly. its a pretty good site with info for football, M&W basketball, softball and baseball.Originally Posted by ULforlife
The rankings that they announced at the softball games this past weekend had Georgia at #14 and us at #19. This poll is showing that we were #17 and they were #12. I'd be willing to bet that according to the poll that was used for the Louisiana Classic we'd be at around #16 and Georgia would be #17 this week.
Here is the link for this weeks NFCA poll. That is the major one. We are up 3 spots to 16, Georgia fell to 18 and number 17 is this weekends opponent Baylor.Originally Posted by rhineaux
This is a good chance to move up a couple more spots by defeating the teams we are supposed to beat (Nichols--2 games today, Iowa State, Ole Miss, Purdue and Baylor) this weekend.
I think if we get up to 14-0 after this weekend we should be pushing the top 12.
Anyone know about where Purdue or Ole Miss is ranked? Also I'm surprised that Iowa State has a softball program considering they don't play baseball.Originally Posted by CajunDave
