I don't think he wanted to follow in his Dads footsteps, he wants to make his own way. Besides where would you rather be.....West Texas or outside San Fran?

Point well taken. Winning big at either one is a tall order, but Cal Berkeley is a nice gig surrounded by OAKLAND, not Frisco. Big difference, I spent eight weeks in Oakland when the hills burned up, and visited Frisco often, Not the same.

I would rather be in west Tx any day over being with those flaming tree hugging liberals who camped out in a tree for weeks so they wouldn't cut it down to expand the stadium.
