Not sure if it has already been mentioned, but if someone could give me an answer I would appreciate it.
Say Arkansas State wins the conference out right and Ole Miss falls to MSU. It leaves a spot in the Liberty Open, not far from stAte at all(they should travel well there). If Nola Bowl and Liberty bowl both extend them an invitation and they decide to take the Liberty Bowl for better turnout, does that qualify the New Orleans bowl for their 2 out of every 4 years since an invitation was extended? I would assume it does, but was wondering if anyone knew for sure.
