USL Warmup Jacket, Date?

I picked this warmup up a couple of years ago on ebay.
It was made by Powers and was used by player number 32.
Can anyone date this?

There was a two stripe theme in the early 80's but every team was allowed to have their own look so it will be hard to nail down based on that.

Team photos were often taken with the players wearing their warmup jackets, so that might help if we can find all the media guides.

I did a quick look and didn't see it in my small collection.

My guess is somewhere 90-92.

#32, I think was Ashley Landers. Who I believe is now wheel chair bound.
