Louisiana Bowl Eligible, Ticket Reservations Underway

OK, forget about the conferences for a month.

Anybody have any information on how many tickets sold so far?

Not sure where I saw it but I think it was at 14,000 last week.

Dan McDonald said on post game show Saturday that we will be on the opposite side of the dome this year. That means we will not be in conflict with corporate sponsors that have priority seating near mid field on the second level. That means that we will have more seats available to us on the first and second level in the middle of the field. I'm thinking that will make more of us happier with our available seating.

I think it will hurt the East Carolina attendence, but not the UL numbers since it's a local bowl.

THAT IS A HUGE ITEM! We will make the game look great on the telly! And maybe that is what they were meeting on in New Orleans while MTSU was jumping ship; getting us more tickets to sell (profit).

I would expect the "numbers" to start floating out as soon as they start selling the tickets; that will be after the Dec. 6th deadline (7th). Right now we are just reserving our place in line to purchase with the forms we submitted ... those are being lined up for processing.

I have a few friends coming into town and was looking to find someone with 3 extra tickets already on reserve and that are consecutive. Unfortunately, I have already reserved my tickets for the people who will be sitting with me, otherwise I'd get the tickets myself. PM me. thanks!
