Thread: Louisiana Bowl Eligible, Ticket Reservations Underway

  1. UL Baseball Re: Ticket sales to date

Pro Bustleup was a member of the sports only board, and yep so was I. In fact we had a great Cajun Fan, cannot recall his name who ran the board, got married, had a kid, and eventually moved to the Houston area and posts very little these days. Was a writer for the school newspaper and he did a mighty fine job of promoting UL.

In those days he regularly P!$%ed off TooLame and Purple people by stating in baseball we were competitive with them, and it was true then at least. Competitive meant we expected to win, and did more than they wanted to admit.

Boomer, if you are still posting on any Delphi board, you need to come out of retirement and go back to work...Only the deadest of the brain dead go to Delphi sites.. You'll feel better not dicking with those clowns.

Cajun Express, you are talking about Chris Debaillion. I believe Chris now lives in Dallas where he works as a traffic engineer for a construction firm. I could be wrong on the details on his location and actual job but he did acquire a master's degree from Texas A&M in something related to transportation engineering. This is after acquiring BS degrees in both mechanical and civil engineering from UL. His family, work, and location simply make it difficult for him to follow Cajun sports as in the past. He is still a fan.

Don't ruin the surprise Hammer. I'm actually working with Hud on a football uniform surprise for the NO Bowl. The reason he chuckled about the white helmet at the media luncheon was that I had originally come up with a football uniform that's a white thong and a white helmet. Justin Hamilton was my model and he came out wearing the thong backwards. It was pretty funny... and scary at the same time.

But again... don't spoil the surprise. All I will say is... the thongs are not white.

I recommend someone with a video camera get clip of Farmer as his nose grows and grows while he talks UL's being ready for this conference alignment thing. If asked about the athletic master plan being ready for the New Orleans Bowl? Let's just say Giant Redwood Sequoia with regards to the nose. He will have a lath handy so he can go home looking more or less like the man who left in the morning.
Nose growth going off the charts right now. Jay pushing theory that perhaps being in the Sun Belt may be better than CUSA. WOW.

If he is saying that then I've got to seriously give credence to those that used the "apologist" label.
