No offense to anyone but they shouldn't take request to have groups sit next to each other.

I think it's fine as long as they all give at the same RCAF level. The way they're doing it now is to seat based on the lowest common denominator of giving, and I think that's fair.

I agree I don't see a problem with sitting groups together. Why penalize a group of people that all donate to the RCAF my group of 17 season tickets almost all have RCAF. We sit together all year and all most donate to RCAF so why should we not be able to sit together? She we all have just not donated to RCAF and got in the back of the line with everyone else? I think its only fair to reward those who are supporting the programs growth. Couple people in my group actually became RCAF members this year to get these little extra's. It is a reward.

I definitely agree with this. Just don't seat those who are not RCAF or Season ticket holders before you take care of those first two groups and definitely don't give them better seats than those who are yearlong supporters have been assigned. I bought season tickets this year to move up in line yet I got a worse seat and I have friends who ordered late and have not been to a game all year and they have a better seat. The proiority system is fine if adhered to. Know they have a tough job and they are doing their best, but some tweaking is in order

Don't have a major probelme with the system that "supposedly" exists. I do question how people who are not RCAF and not season ticket holders (I have season tickets but am not RCAF) were able to receive tickets before me and in a much better location 100 level vs 600.

Quick question. Did the people you speak of buy their tickets directly through the UL ticket office?

The reason I ask is I bought 12 tickets (6 priority, 6 non), and I'm not sitting in either group. The two people that I gave these tickets to are non-RCAF and non-season ticket holders, so technically they received their tickets before people like you and they're sitting in sections 111 and 113. To sum it up they did like moorecajun described and "piggy-backed" off of my benefits. The people you know may not be in the same boat as my group, but keep in mind that they may have gotten their tickets from other means, and that the ticket office maybe isn't trying to screw you over. Think what you want, but keep what I said in mind as well.

I think the goal should be eliminating the mystery that lies in the paper stacks is all. A simple plug in if populated correctly could make the process of gauging demand and roll out much more streamlined allowing the ticket office to push tickets the old fashioned way outside of Lafayette to surrounding cities

They got them from the ticket office with a regular form filled out. To be fair, that's what I did last year and was in 114 I think, so I guess I am one who people were mad at last year. I really would like to participate and become a part of the solution not just a complainer. Hope we can have that chance

Did you write on the back of your form in detailed rank of what sections you thought we're better than others? Not all seats in the 100's are good seats, I don't know why people can't understand that, last year we were on the 20 yard line on the 4th row from the field.... I watched half the game on jumbotron.

When you get to your seats in the dome, make friends with the Cajun fans around you. Your seats will miraculously turn into "great seats".

RCAF member and season ticket holder. Personally delivered my ticket request for 6 non-priority tickets before the Feb. 6th deadline. Still no call. Just saying.....

However, I did check and my credit card was charged on Feb. 11. Maybe my envelope is stuck on the bottom and has been misplaced or something. I don't know. I guess I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and wait patiently for my call. Just a little frustrated is all.

How big is their group? If it's small, I could see a situation where there are small pockets in every section that can only fit 2 or 3 tickets and they may have been squeezed in there.

I understand your frustration but the ticket office has come out and said that the endzone seats that were previously part of UL's allotment are now reserved for sponsors, so the the only place to put the people was up. And they also thought it unfair to separate people from the main group of Cajun fans by putting them on the ECU side.

This is a good problem to have. I heard an interview with Jacques Doucet this morning relative to LSU and their bowl game. He said they have sold only 10,000 of their 16,000 ticket allotment as of a few days ago. I say lets enjoy the ride, go to the game and have a good time. We have come a long way from Jerry Baldwin.

February 11th? Huh? I think you get dates and numbers mixed up. I wonder if you also gave them the wrong call back number. You may need to call the ticket office and give them your name.
