Sydney is in private business in Lafayette. I believe he is a sports agent. On Friday mornings he plays pick up basketball with other old timers at Red Lerille's. He still is one of the better long range shooters in town.

I had the opportunity to be the kid who gave the players water, take warm-ups and hand out towels behind the home bench in those years and he was a really cool guy. Loved seeing those guys from that close and seeing the athleticism. And it was pretty cool getting to be in the locker room before and after games. Brooks was always one of my favorite players.

Kevin was drafted by the Bucks then was trade to Denver right after being drafted. A few years later I was having dinner with Todd Hill and he told me Kevin had been cut by the nuggets because he didn't want to go to practice early one morning after coming back from a road trip. Those teams were some of my favorites.
