Bad Time to be BOP

It was not a bad time to be BOP because of the wrong prediction. It beats a lot of other jobs. And, getting abuse from listeners is nothing new.

However, it was a bad time to be BOP this past Tuesday night. Got a call from Coach Raymond Blanco. The governor asked him to call me and invite my wife and me to be her guest at the Saints game this Saturday night.

But here I am in Bowling Green, KY instead to call a basketball game where we are 17 point underdogs, and not only could I not go to the game and be the Governor's guest, I can't even WATCH it.

You should have had Stevie P. go up there for the basketball game. You did call a pretty good game though. I may have been the only one in Louisiana listening last night, but I did catch much of your broadcast while watching the Saints.

All the Bopper needs is a new station that is heard through out the Acadiana area at least!! When DW is given the permanent job, I hope he would address this!!!! Heard that an announcement will come soon on DW!!!
