2800+ in attendance? Wow! Nice job fans! Its impressive to hear a number like that for a mid-week game. I also heard TD begin to mention the 50/50 and he said it was a record. Over $1000. That is great stuff. We always hear those high numbers, but we sometimes forget that for each high number we hear, that same amount goes into the baseball bank account.

2800+ tonight, plus the great crowds at Troy and Tulane last week. That is great stuff.

It was a fun night! The Cajuns played good ball, had timely hitting for rbi's and the Chicken brought back memories. He has not lost his ability to make people laugh. He had some fun moments with the umpires, who went along with his antics. All in all a real fun night!
