troy up 7-4 they are really starting to tee off on danny.

Farquhar does not have his best stuff when he goes 2 2/3 innings on Friday and comes back on Sunday. This is why I wanted him out of there after the top of the 8th Friday.

On the Sat morn Mr. Bitter program/coaches show, Robe talked extensively on a player using a diary to help him get to a strength level of 9 or 10 on a scale of 1-10

I can't imagine DF being much above a 6 after pitching 2-1/3 on friday.
