I wholeheartedly agree this team will be back... next year? 2014? Maybe. This year? Not happening.

Back to what? Have you watched the last 2 weeks? Or the Oklahoma State game? We're 4-3. We've beaten 4 of the worst teams in the country for our 4 wins, and have been embarrassed on national TV in our other 3 games. Right now, we are closer to being back to the Bustle years, than back to what we saw last year. We've given up 80 points and allowed 1,050 yards defensively, and have had awful play calling, and 7 turnovers offensively the last two weeks. And the competition only gets tougher the next 3 weeks. This team is on a collision course with 6-6 AT BEST. Sound familiar?

I'm not John Madden, but why on earth are we playing 4 LB's when ASU is in a 4 receiver set???

Pretty sure after Gibsons leg has blown out 3 times, he can not cover a WR.

yes, i would have never, ever, thought we would fold like paper...... our guys have no heart,,.... if we would have lost in a respectable manner the last 2 times I would feel better

When the commentators are saying, "A run to the right side!" For 6 straight play (3 were the same play), please tell the defense coach to please put down the "defense for dummies" book and try to stop the run. Was he not there at the N. Texas game? When they ran over us like Hwy 90 road kill. All of the rest of the teams can & will run the ball. Unless something changes drastically, we will not win another game. This is comes from a die-hard USL fan (old school) & a card carrying member of the LSU hater club. Someone in Lafayette please let the coaches know that we need money, recruits & a solid fan base to implement all the new upgrades for UL. 14 years of drinking my ""Cajun blues" away will eventually kill me.

My 13 year old daughter who knows nothing about football as you can expect sat with me for 5 minutes in the 3rd qurater and turned to me and said and I quote "Dad, they just ran that same play for the 3rd time in a row and just scored on it !" I replied - I know sweetie - how is your math grade again - a 96 - thats my girl !!! No ____ , it went down just like that . Do yall realize that Stewart was the DC at Jax state (AL) while Mahlzahn was the OC at Auburn (AL) for their national championship - I'm sure yall did cuz Hud just got his ___ handed too him tonihgt - don't worry - he'll be here a while !

Agreed. No one needs to steal our signs as they are doing just fine without them. We sure as hell didnt have any secrets in the UNT game nor in this game.

In my 22 years of coaching on both college and high school levels, I have never seen the same exact running play run to the same side of the formation....and the defensive coordinator stays in the same front and coverage(cover 2).....and shoves it down our throat for a TD. This was a colossal disaster tonight....I can only pray that we can get this corrected......I will travel from Houston for both remaining home games....do not quit on these kids, please....

Would you continue to put 4 linebackers on the field when the opponent goes to 4 wide out sets??
