Is this the same Fleming who had over 90 tackles as a Sophomore?
I hope so.
Yep, and he is also a reciever!!! Heard some rumblings of the STM reciever coach coming over to UL!!

But will he be red-shirted???Originally Posted by redcajun
It would be nice to be able to redshirt him but I watched a game or 2 of his and he might be to good to keep off the field. He is only about 210 now but he has a great frame to add weight.Originally Posted by cajunlove
Another STM player gave a verbal commitment today. I cannot remember his name at the moment. I think he was a defensive lineman.
Not sure, but after watching our defense this season, our LB's were in need of more raw talent. We continually got burned over the middle of the field by running backs and short pass routes by receivers. It may have somewhat been scheme, but more speed would have made up for it.Originally Posted by cajunlove

Check it out. something i found written about fleming. So much for that electricity or whatever they have over there.
I was just looking on rivals.com. Is it old news that they don't have any info on UL or the SBC?
Scouts.com didn't have fleming on our radar, nor on LSU's. I finally found him and it showed that he was looking at both A&M's, UH, So Miss, and Vandy with offers by the two CUSA schools. No mention of UL. i guess that he may have thought that since the bigger ones didn't come strong with offers, he'd stay at home rather than playing for out of state schools. if/when/now that we are starting to have kids pull moves like that, it is really looking good. But the thing that i always worry about with respect to recruits is that they are never here until they put on the uniform on game-day.
A bit o' humor, looking at LSU's list on scout.com, they have gotten a commitment from some kid named T-Bob.
