I just checked another message board and found this about Texas State. Texas State will be in the Sun Belt in 2014 and will be one of our opponents. Tomorrow's game is winnable.

"Last night, October 18, the Tx State Bobcats played the NPF All Stars in San Marcos, TX. It was an epic battle with the NPF All Stars outlasting the Bobcats in 13 innings 1-0! Ann Marie Taylor pitched a phenominal complete game for the Bobcats giving up a total of 3 hits over the 13 innings. Gionna Disalvatore hit a solo HR for one of their 3 hits in the 13th. Tx State out hit the All Stars 8-3 but couldn't push the winning run across. They stranded the tying runner at 3rd base in the 13th. Cat pitched the first 4 innings for the All Stars with Hillary Bach pitching the next 4 innings and Jamee Juarez finishing up the final 5 innings and getting the win. Congrats
to the Bobcats for a well fought battle!

The NPF All Stars beat LSU 7-2 with Brittany Mack the winning pitcher. Rachel Fico pitched most of the game for the Tigers.

The Cajuns will start a few freshmen this year. Everyone will talk about them needing time to grow. Sarah Corbello, however, may not be one of them. She hit a mammoth home run to right center early in the game and almost had another one. The Barbe grad was the crown jewel of this recruiting class and she's showing it early. Girl can swing it.

She was fun to watch. Walsh and Landry seem to be two other good additions.

We will surely need a solid Hamilton. Hope she is healthy and gaining her form back.

A Corbello out of LC.....knew some of them going back to the 80's and they did it all out or nothing at all. Not surprising.
