I'm looking at the situation objectively while you're just being blinded by your irrational hate. Notre Dame is good this year. They may not go undefeated but they have a legit defense and have won every game on their schedule so far this year. You shouldn't let your bias cloud what's supposed to be an objective ranking.

First time I watched NBC an Irish all the way thru and will be the last. Tom Hammond makes it absolutely unwatchable! NBC only gives you the camera angle shots they want on replays. The pass interference call that set up the game tying field goal was a joke. At least the Irish will move into ACC play and move away from playing army,navy,air force,marines,coast guard every season.

Boise St goes 3 years with one loss, beats several ranked teams including OU and TCU in bowls and barely cracked the top 10. Notre Dame beats Michigan and Stanford and they're a BCS favorite? Give me a GD break.

First of all, biased* Secondly, I never said ND would win the national championship this year. I think their resume is just as good as any undefeated team's resume right now and that's what rankings should be based off of.

Sorry Buckman, didn't realize I had to be grammatically perfect to make a point on a sports board. Anyway, their resume' isn't impressive, in the least bit. I could point out 5 teams with a loss that have a more impressive resume' than the Irish. Bottom line, they're overrated and are absolutely not the third best team in the country.

Who has Alabama beaten? Michigan?! Another overated team that plays no defense and is average at best? Arkansas? A team that lost to ULM? Western Kentucky, team that beat Kentucky in overtime? Ole Miss? Mizzou without their qb? FAU!?!?!?!?

In my prayers every night, I pray for Notre Dame to end up # 2 in the BCS and get to play Alabama in the NC game. I so look forward to seeing the Irish obliterated by 40 points on a stage that matters. Of course, that won't happen, as the vastly overrated Irish will have two losses.

Played a tougher schedule?! C'mon man. Stanford is way overrated at 17 and they got hosed yesterday. Notre Dame is better, but they are not a top 10 team.

And Alabama has played a tough schedule. Norte dame deserves to be where they are
