Have about 8 of us going plus I know my neighbors and some others will be going.

The wife and I are making the trip and staying at the Hampton Inn Monroe 1407 MLK Drive. From what I'm reading on this board there is not a central "Cajun Hotel" so we need to agree on a central "Cajun" post game meeting place. Game starts at 3pm so we will be out of their early enough for a fun evening. I don't know anything about Monroe so, does anyone have any postgame suggestions? After we win we will probably not be safe until we get past Natchitoches (just kidding). Which by the way is where we plan on spending Sunday afternoon on the way back home for lunch and the shops my wife likes to visit.

Also, I stopped by Cajun Dome box office last Wednesday and the "window guy" couldn't give me any idea on when they would have tickets available but did take my email address. So, trusting the yellow sticky note made it up the ladder, I'm hoping to get an email soon.

FYI. I spent the weekend with the wife in nach. Place is a shutdown on Sundays maybe things changed in the last two years, maybe not. Nothing was open
