Students will never understand this.
Understandable that you lack basic reading comprehension abilities. After all, you did go to Tech. But my one example was of someone who isn't passionate about school and whose parents aren't passionate fans of the school either.

Your initial post stated, "I'm sure Parents love this." So after my rebuttal, are you so "sure" now?

There are a few UL parents on this board who can make you less "sure" if you want to go that route.

Buildings don't update themselves, who better to pay for the projects than the people who benefit from the projects. Where you want it to come from? All the surplus in tax dollars Louisiana has?

Can't believe we have such concern from Monroe and Ruston folks for our university! Know we got it right!..

Wow! You sound like a really nice person. How dare I offer an opposing viewpoint to all the groupthink. There's a much better way to rebut than hurling insults.

I don't think there is any insult that should be taken...like you I made a statement...unless the use of Monroe and Ruston is insulting...

    Damn you are easily offended.

Again I know I'm in the minority here but I've never seen so many people get so stoked about student fee hikes?!?

Maybe that is because we know they are very much needed if we want to continue improvements AND that is what we want!

Sounds like you have lots of experience with this. How would you think a group of die hard athletic fans would react to fee changes that will dramatically (and positively) impact athletics?

Try and keep up, little one. If you would troll less and actually follow the topics of conversation on this board you would see why many are excited. The master plan and its associated student fee have been talked about at length on here for the past couple of months with those on this board almost unanimously in favor of it. If you don't see why those on here would be stoked, then there is no helping you.
