HAHA he took a screen shot of my post. I feel special. Of course I think it should be kept quiet. Most students are too closed minded to see the big picture. All they see is that they have to pay more money and they want no part of it. Oh and dude running the page, if you're reading this, I am a student.

Students need to understand that a viable, exciting and modern university only enhances your degree in later years. If UL regresses to McNeese or Northwestern levels, your degree will not mean as much. On the other hand, look at how much pride all alumni have in the athletic, academic and physical plant improvements that have occurred recently.

I have a feeling this will fail...

We all remember being students back then, we didn't want to pay more money then. We all NOW see why it is important though. I just have a bad feeling about this...

I was a student not too long ago, and if I remember correctly, we voted for a fee to rebuild the student union.

Some of these ignorant little punks need to realize that if they want to get a degree from a university that actually means something in the real world then they need to buck up and pay for much needed improvements. Your tuition and fees are some of the lowest in the nation, don't be stupid. I don't want some podunk campus like most of the schools in this state. It seems like this is the thought process of some of these tards, "Hey, I want all these nice things for my school, rabble, rabble, rabble, but pay for these things myself? Hell no! Let someone else pay!"
